The weather was just about perfect today for blading and a picnic. We did the north neighborhoods as it looked like the East-West Trail was still under construction. We had two first time bladers with us today, Patricia and Stan. Welcome new bladers. Martha C. joined us for the first time in a long time but made up for it by buying a tee shirt and renewing her web site Sponsorship. Thanks Martha. We decided to take our blade by the steep hill on Enterprise which we have now named "Suicide Hill". Patricia and Bruce crashed on Suicide Hill and Steve G crashed just before it. We stopped by the bowling ball house and had our group picture taken there. After the blade we gathered at Philippe Park Shelter #7. The shelter had been beautifully decorated by Darlene M. We shortly convinced our chef Jack O to start the hamburgers and we gorged ourselves on the food that lay before us. Thanks Snowsharks for hosting another terrific picnic.
