Taylor Park

After all the concern about the cold weather it was really not that bad today. We had a nice turn out with 8 ladies and 6 guys. Jeff B. indicated if we could maintain this ratio of women to men it would be perfectly okay to start at 9 AM for the cooler months. We had two new ladies blade with us for the first time; Kim ? and Sonya B. Welcome ladies. It was nice to see Peggy B after about a year absence. Willi joined us for the first time in a while. Welcome back ladies. Danny, Jeff B's brother biked with us again. Welcome back Danny. We headed North out of Taylor Park to Main Street. Snapped a picture of the fast group at the Boxcar off Main Street. We Brunched at Apple Cobblers as planned. Deb D. reserved us a table which was ready and waiting for us when we arrived. Thanks Deb D. Sonya's husband, James joined us for Brunch. Welcome James. We were basically at two tables side by side but somehow with all the talk about the Holidays, skiing and skating, Rob's Brunch rating was missed. Our table rated the Brunch between an 8 and 8.5.

Several Bladers attended Suzanne's Holiday Party Sunday afternoon. Thanks for another great party Suzanne.

Congratulations  to the Tampa Bay Lightning for winning the Eastern Conference Title  and The Lord Stanley Cup !!!   They beat Calgary in 7 games. It was a hard fought battle one that will be remembered long into the future. Could this be the start of a Hockey Dynasty ??  Click here for more info Go Bolts !!
