Boca Ciega Millennium Park
Happy Easter !
Another beautiful day in Paradise. We hadn’t skated Boca Ciega
Millennium Park for a while but everyone found shelter #4 okay. There were some
suggestions the directions to the Park be revised to use Park Blvd and 125th St.
We did the Park, part of the boardwalk over the water, went up to the Trail and
headed North. We ended up in three groups. Carol
skated with us for the first time. Welcome Carol. Kirk and Danny joined us for
the first time in awhile. Welcome back Kirk and Danny. Danny
missed the group picture. Almost everyone was on time as we started at 8:30 AM.
Doe Doe’s was closed for Easter so we Brunched at Mamas Kitchen on Seminole
Blvd. Mamas Kitchen has a nice big parking lot, a roomy back room and they took
reservations. They accommodated us nicely at one table in their back room. A
Western Omelet was $5.25 plus tax so the prices were right. Several people rated
their Brunch a 9. Heard one higher rating and one lower rating. Bob F. indicated
the coffee black was about a 4. With the help of cream and sugar it was fine.
