Upper Tampa Bay Trail, Pool Party By Charles C.

Another hot and humid day in Paradise. We headed North as the South 2 mile part is totally in the sun. We set a record of 27 bladers today. Upper Tampa Bay Trail must be the place. Only 25 appeared in the picture. Laura V. was missing and I’m not sure who else. We had many people that are new or we have missed. Rob brought his whole family, Amie and two sons, Glenn R. & son, Laura V., Tim O. and Sarah. A skinny Diane came. Welcome all new bladers and absentees. We have missed you. I think we bladed in about 4 or 5 different groups.

We brunched at the Garden Grille as planned. Some how they got 27 of us in and seated. It was a little hectic and if you didn’t make the Brunch pictures, I apologize. I never got a chance to ask Rob for his rating of the Brunch. Part of the problem, I was enjoying my Brunch so much that it never occurred to me everyone else’s Brunch wasn’t as wonderful as mine. All those around me gave it at least a 10.

A group of us continued over to Charles’s house for his Pool Party. We had a great time. However Crazy Rob’s skinny wife dominated the Alligator and didn’t allow Rob to kill it even once. Charles’s pool was wonderfully refreshing and all had a relaxing end to our blading day.
