Boca Ciega Millennium Park Shelter,  Happy Fathers Day !!

Another Beautiful day in Paradise. We did Millennium Park and then went West on Oakhurst road not knowing exactly where we were headed. We kept going on Oakhurst to Park Blvd. The bridge to the beaches called to us and we kept going West over the intercoastal waterway bridge to the beaches. A few people did go back at the bridge. Headed north along Gulf Blvd for just a few blocks and the road got narrow. Stopped at the Town Square and used the facilities. Returned basically the way we came. Next time we'll head South on Gulf Blvd where the road is much wider with a bike trail. Roy reported we did 9 miles total. Berna, Bob F and Monica joined us on bikes. In all we had 5 bike riders. Sheri joined us for the first time in a long time. Denise skated with us for the first time. Welcome new and absentee bladers/bikers.

We Brunched at the Savory Restaurant. We were a little hesitant as we were not sure they would welcome us 3 Sundays in a row and especially on Fathers Day. However they had our tables set up and ready for us. Savory's food is very good but must admit they are a little slow. Rob and two others rated their Brunch a 9.5. I also heard a 10 and a 9.
