This Sunday was another beautiful day in this paradise we call Florida as we skated the Upper Tampa Bay Trail. Bruce is on a well-deserved vacation for two weeks and we will miss him.

The 90 degree temperatures did not deter our Sunday Bladers. We had a record turnout and had some new skaters join us. Cindy and Britt joined us for the first time. They are stationed at MacDill for one year. Welcome Cindy and Britt! Mats' wife, Berna, cycled with us for the first time. Welcome Berna! Glennis joined us after a short absence while she visited her native Canada and volunteered to be our official photographer today. Birgit just returned from a Skate Clinic in Virginia and shared some interesting stories about traveling 42 miles an hour down hills!

Linda Sheets joined us for brunch at the Garden Grille where we had our usual good service and outstanding breakfast. Rob rated his a 9.5. A Special Thanks to Sandra P. and Glennis W. for filling in for the traveling Bruce Meyers.
