Walsingham Park

Another Beautiful Day in Paradise. Unfortunately it was still hot and humid. We did the 3 mile oval trail in the CCW direction to get our picture by the North Park entrance. It seemed like everyone else was going the other way. Most bladers did 3 laps but a few only did 2. Almost everyone that did the Botanical Gardens did 3 laps. Maureen S. visiting from Phoenix joined us. Welcome Maureen. Absentee bladers Joel, Dennis and his daughter, Cherise joined us. Welcome back. Ken and Monica renewed their Sponsorships on Thursday night. Thanks Ken and Monica.

We Brunched at the Savory Restaurant as planned. They had water on the tables when we got there. We couldn't get all 22 of us seated at the long table they had set up for us so we had two tables. Savory did pretty good serving us but the last ones to be served had to watch the rest eat for a while. We all got in and out within an hour. Rob rated his Brunch a 9.5 and didn't hear any lower ratings. Deborah Dietrich's Birthday was today so naturally we had to sing Happy Birthday to her. Happy Birthday Deborah.
