Boca Ciega Millennium Park

Another Beautiful Day in Paradise. We did the park, some side streets and then went South on the trail. Dee reported those that went the furthest did 10.6 miles. It was very humid so many turned around early. Roy's daughter, Karin H. joined us for the first time. Liz, Mike M and Dave G. joined us after an absence. Karin K. finally has recovered enough from her back surgery to skate with us again. Sandy P. is back from parts unknown for a short period and joined us. Welcome new and absentee skaters. Sherrie D. brought an old pair of size 9 skates that fit a potential skater, Eva, perfectly. Thanks Sherrie.

We Brunched at Doe Does as planned. Does Does was very busy as always and being Father's Day, Doe Does was a mad house. However they got us in and seated at 4 different tables in a fairly short time. Service sort of came in spurts as they were very busy but we got in and out within an hour. The food was good as always and a 9 rating was the consensus.

Progress on our 2000 to 2008 skating DVD is coming along fine. So far there are over 4,000 skating pictures on it. Everyone with a DVD drive so far has had no problem in viewing the pictures. You can select any week during the 8 years to view. Have also thrown in 40 scuba diving death defying adventure stores with lots of shark pictures to add a little hot sauce to the DVD. Have 1 GB still open so one only know what will be added next.
