Taylor Park

It was a beautiful day in Paradise with perfect skating conditions rolling out of Taylor Park. There were 7 in-lines and 1 bike that headed north on Pinellas Trail for 16 miles. The main group turned around in Dunedin; a group of one made it downtown Clearwater for an 8 mile roll. There was an occasional wind; however, Bruce not being here, not sure which direction. Trail conditions were smooth throughout much of the skate with some patches not as smooth. On the return skate, who showed up on bikes but Breeze and Laura on her new, cute pink bike from Santa. Most wore helmets for safer skating.

Brunch afterwards was at Widow Browns. The group was seated with hardly a wait. Food, service and the restaurant was given high ratings from everyone. Rob rated his breakfast as 9.5. Others concurred breakfast was a big hit with a close rating of 9.0.

It was a good day for skaters in Pinellas as they wondered about the Great E-Skate in Miami and most of the Sunday Bladers. Hope they had also had the perfect skate and return home safely. Looking forward to their wild and crazy stories. See you on the trails.

Thanks go out to Deborah D. for the report.
