Walsingham Park Shelter #4

Another almost Beautiful Day in Paradise. It was pretty cloudy and threatening but we took the chance on a skate anyway. We had a good turn out but just at 8:30 AM it started to lightly sprinkle. We headed up to the East end for a group picture in hopes the sprinkle would stop but it kept on sprinkling. By the time we got back to the East Beach parking lot, the trail was damp enough to start messing up ones skate bearings. All stopped and prepared for Brunch except for Ginny and Chris who were riding bicycles and they just kept on riding. Absentees Ginny H, Chris, Paula, Sarah, Mary Beth, Joseph, and Karen B came. Welcome back. Roy indicated we did a grand total of 1.7 miles. Wendy emailed and said to say Hi to everyone but the chances of rain were too high to drive that far.

We Brunched at Skyway Jacks as planned. They were pretty busy as usual but we all got in and seated at 3 tables in about 10 minutes. Service was good and the food great. My sausage skillet was better than the one I had at Savory's last week and I rated todays a 9.5+.
