Another Beautiful Day in Paradise. Well..... the streets were wet and there were lots of threatening clouds. However we took a chance and met at Main Street anyway. The weather got better and better and the Trail got drier and drier. We headed North to Curlew Rd. The Trail was a little damp and a little slippery in the shade but no one had a problem. We headed out to Honey Moon Island and back. Absentee Mike M from Clearwater Beach came. Welcome back Mike. Dee indicated we did 10.5 miles. Claudia was our only bicycler.

We Brunched at Iris's Restaurant as planned. We got right in and seated at one table. The service and food were good. All pretty much agreed the rating was 9.5. Claudia revealed her birthday was on Monday, 3-7-11. Happy Birthday Claudia.

Sandy called with some bad news. Peter F was riding his bicycle on the Pinellas Trail on Saturday. At a road crossing, a car and Peter got mixed signals and the car hit Peter. Peter is in the hospital with two broken knee caps and possibly other minor injuries. We will try and keep people posted with Peter's recovery. Hang in there Peter we hope you heal quickly.
