Clearwater Beach

Another Beautiful Day in Paradise. We had clear blue skies, temperatures in the 70s and a brisk NE breeze. Bladers/Bicyclers Breeze, Roy H, Linda C, Bob L, Jim F, Nancy L, Dan C, Wilma F, Dimitri F, Carol J, Nick S, Ginnie S, Rick P, Dorey Anne, Bruce M, Laura P, Kim F and Joe W came. Welcome all. We did our usual Clearwater route with two exceptions. We had a lot more people do the Clearwater bridge and we took Bruce Ave part way back from the North end. We had 16 bicyclers and 2 bladers. Most of the group did 12 miles.

We Brunched at the Georgie Boy restaurant as planned. We got right in and seated at one big long table. However Bruce only made the reservation for 15 people and we had 17. The people on the wall side therefore got trapped in their seats for all of Brunch. Taking the Brunch picture also became difficult. The service was good considering the restaurant was very crowded. The coffee flowed adequately. It took us 1 hr and 20 minutes to get in and out. However the food was very good as usual and we rated it a 9.7.
