Keystone Road Trail

Another Beautiful Day in Paradise. Well..... it was horribly humid and the Trail was wet. The bladers indicated if we went to breakfast they wouldn't skate afterwards and all but one said they weren't skating on the wet Trail. We decided to go ahead and do the Trail and Brunch afterwards as usual. Bladers/Bicyclers Bob & Nancy L, Steve G, Jim & Wilma F, Carol J, Herb E, Dorey Anne & Bruce M, Dee T, Laura P & Breeze, Andrew F, Rob H and Cindy S came. We decided to do the normal Key Stone Trail route. Well maybe we should just have just gone to Brunch. The blade/bicycle became a series of disasters. First a bicycle chain came off, then a blader fell very hard, the humidity was so bad we had to stop and wait for people several times, a bicycler fell pretty hard and a bicycler fell to the ground with heat exhaustion. Those that went and survived the whole route did 10 miles.

We Brunched at Rodie's. Herb went ahead and had a big table ready for us so we got right in and seated. Thanks Herb. The services was good and the coffee flowed freely. Some loved their Brunch and some mumbled about it. We'll give Rodie's a 9.4.
