Tierra Verde

Another Beautiful Sunday in Paradise. Fortunately we had a nice day for blading & bicycling. The temperature was in the 70s, we had moderately cloudy skies and a SE breeze. Bladers/Bicyclers (from left) Kim F, Jeff B, Ronny T, Dee T, John L, Rob H, Michele P, Steve G, Ginnie S, Rick P, Dorey Anne and Bruce M came. Iara B missed the group picture. Welcome all. John L led us on a route through the group of mansions just south of the Ball Field, North to Paradise Key (on the East side of Tierra Verde and further North to Pine Key (on the top West side of Tierra Verde) and back to the Ball Field for an excursion of 12.5 miles. Thanks for an interesting and fun adventure John. We had 12 bicyclers and one brave blader, Dee.

We Brunched at the Island Grille as planned. We got right in and seated at a big tall two table set up in the back room. We like the back room best. Service was good, the coffee and drinks flowed nicely and the food was very good as usual. We had ratings from 9.5 to 9.9 so we'll give the Island Grille a 9.7 rating.
