Another Beautiful Sunday in Paradise.  This small group rode 5 miles north on the trail and returned. Pretty nice ride considering how hot it's been. The only excitement was when Ginny got a flat tire just before West Bay on the return ride - Rick rescued her via the adjacent Mickey D's parking lot. Brunch at the Benedict's on West Bay was tasty and reasonably prompt.
