Curlew Rd & the Trail
 

Another beautiful Sunday in Paradise. Yes it was a very nice day with an 8 mph SE Breeze. We therefore decided to head South on the Trail so the breeze would at our backs on the return. We had 11 Bicyclers and did 10.6 miles. About 3 miles going South from the start, we passed the Home Plate restaurant. We decided to stop at the Home Plate restaurant on the way back from the South end and have Brunch.
 
After some more discussion, we still decided to stop at the Home Plate restaurant on the return. We got right in and all seated at the same table. We got our waitress to take our orders in about 10 minutes and we got served in about 20 more minutes. The service was good, the coffee flowed freely and the food very good. In an hour we were finished and paid our bills. Stopping during a bicycle was very unusual but we might do it again. One very good thing about stopping this early for Brunch is that we pretty much missed the big Brunch crowd.
