Thursday Night Blading Group

The weather was perfect for skating, mid 70’s and a slight breeze. We did our normal route of 10 miles with a couple of stops for refreshments. Jessica brought her friend Bob from Chicago and he wanted to take a picture to share with his friends back home and around the country who skate to encourage them to come join the different skates here in Tampa Bay, so we stopped and gathered up at the bathrooms at north shore park with Tampa Bay as our background for this picture. We had 15 skaters. Ken graciously invited us over to his almost finished house for a tour of his house with Alan his builder and himself as our tour guides. They showed us around this amazing house that is close to being powered exclusively by renewable energy. We were all offered beverages of our choice and a dip in his hot tub and pool. I think it is fair to say a great time was had by all.
